EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIPS

Turn Credentials Into Career Opportunities.

ACT’s new framework emphasizes how employers use skills evidence.

STAGE 1

Supporting Employer

Map 1–2 roles to NCRC levels (or 5% of hires), document the level and role, and include the NCRC in job postings.

STAGE 2

Active Employer

Map 3–5 roles (or 10% of hires), use the WorkKeys Estimator for 1–2 roles, include WorkKeys and the NCRC in postings, share a hiring outcome, and participate in WRC events.

STAGE 3

Strategic Employer

Map 5–10 roles (or 15% of hires), profile 2–3 jobs, include NCRC preference or WorkKeys requirements in postings, and document outcomes such as retention, onboarding, performance, or promotion.

Brunswick Built will reconnect with existing supporters, invite new employers, and connect job-skill needs with BCS, BCC, NCWorks, workforce partners, and chambers. Formal Brunswick Built commitments will be confirmed locally.
